This reference will help you to book the room easily and quickly. Please read it without hurry

In order to book a room in the evrohotel “Rendezvous” you need to fill in the following  application form for booking and make a prepayment.

After sending of completed application form, the reply with information about free rooms available on the required date will be sent to your e-mail. After that you can make a prepayment and complete the booking.

The minimum payment is calculated as 10% of the total amount, but not less than cost of 1 night stay for all rooms booked.

For example:

1. 1 room has been booked for 3 days, the total cost is 585UAH(75$) – amount of prepayment is 195UAH(25$);
2. 2 rooms have been booked for 8 days, the total cost is 3120UAH(400$) – amount of prepayment is 390UAH(50$).

Prepayment can be made with any convenient way among the following ones:

1. Webmoney-Transfer;
2. Transfer through Privat-Bank;
3. Transfer through other Ukrainian banks;
4. SWIFT-payment;
5. Money transfer via  Western Union; Privat Money; Uni Stream; Money Gram; Anelik; Allure; Coinstar etc.;
6. Cashless settlement.

Attention! Booking is considered successful only after making prepayment and receiving a confirmation of booking on Guest’s e-mail.
